Ruth Ann,
Your great idea of making stars came at the perfect time for me. I am a felter who has been making baby quilts these last two months. This is the perfect solution for one of the quilts! My question is would this be washable at all so I could use it on my grand nephew’s baby quilt?
I love the articles you post and want to say thank you very much for all of them and the insight I have gained from reading them!

Hi Sally, I’m glad you enjoy the posts. I think that the stars would last through a couple of washes but not multiple washes like you would need for a baby’s quilt. But you could just put them on again if they wear off. It’s not hard.
